Sherry Hollingshead is a self-taught artist. Born in 1968 in Eugene, Oregon, Sherry took to art as soon as she was able to hold a crayon. Throughout her childhood, Sherry developed an appreciation for all different art mediums thanks to her mother. She would often sit with her mother and work on various art projects from stained glass to oil painting.Years of artistic expression made it clear that Sherry's life would be centered upon her passion for art. After high school, Sherry attended A'Art's College of Beauty where she discovered nail sculpting, and later hair sculpting.

Sherry is a full-time professional hair stylist, and working hard on becoming a part time glass artist! She lives in Eugene with her Border Collie, and her horse, Vallie Girl.
